Orders for Best-Heat® element can only be made via telephone, writing, fax or direct from this web site. All purchases are in Canadian funds.

Orders for goods must refer to the Alternative Heating Systems Inc. Delivery Schedule Delivery will normally be same day service. For specific orders on goods to be manufactured delivery dates will be arranged within the contract. Delivery dates are estimates only. You will be informed if there are to be any delays but we will endeavour to adhere to delivery dates.

Alternative Heating Systems inc. (AHSI) warrants the Best-Heat® Radiant Electric Floor Heating System and the Best-Heat® Radiant Electric Ceiling Heating System to be free of defects in material and workmanship pro rated for the period of twenty-five (25) years from the original date of purchase by the original end user, provided the product has been installed, connected and operated in accordance with Best-Heat®'s written instructions.

The Best-Heat® warranty card must be returned to AHSI and acknowledged by AHSI by email or fax. This warranty shall be delivered to the end user either directly by AHSI or its agent(s) at the discretion of AHSI. AHSI will replace the element free of charge, within the first year and at a pro-rated charge for remaining twenty-four years. AHSI will return same, shipping prepaid.

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from neglect, abuse, shipping damage, improper voltage connections, incorrect installation, or water damage. The installation must have been inspected by the proper local authorities. The warranty applies to the element and factory attached wiring only. Warranties applying to the electrical associated equipment such as thermostats, relays, contactors, transformers or any other equipment are those of their manufacturers.

There are no warranties or conditions expressed, written or implied, other than as contained herein, provided that nothing herein modifies or subtracts from mandatory warranties or rights contained in applicable legislation.

Returns Policy
Items will be refunded or returned if they are found to be faulty or defective. None faulty items returned will only be refunded if in a re-saleable condition, less any carriage costs when supplying the goods.
