We had a problem in our shipping/receiving and computer main frame room as far as heat was concerned. With a cinder block construction wall (facing north), concrete flooring, adjacent door to the unheated warehouse and limited forced heating to the room, made it extremely uncomfortable for the employees. By the installation of your electrical in floor heating system and overlay of floating laminate flooring in January of 2009, we have made our employees extremely happy especially John in shipping & receiving.

With your product knowledge presentation to the staff and installers of our flooring department and the assistance of installing of the in floor heating we are quite comfortable in carrying your product lines in our store.

With your assistance, we feel comfortable in promoting the "Best-Heat" electrical in flooring heating system to the "DIY" and "Contractors" market segment . The in store merchandiser displays, media advertizing and Saturday demonstrations (in store) will certainly assist our volume of flooring sales.

My wife and I recently installed the Best-Heat Radiant Electric floor Heating System in our music studio. The music studio is a feature of our residence and is located above our attached garage. In the winter, the floor in our music studio would tend to be cold. We are delighted with the results!! The floor is so warm that my wife and her music students are ecstatic about the difference in warmth for their feet and for the entire room.

My wife and I had not done anything like installing a radiant electric floor heating system, and you and one of your employees developed a heating plan, and gave us hands-on direction of how to install the radiant electric heating elements. You were also available to answer any questions we had while we were putting down the floor.
